How Do you Interpret Success?

We're taught to believe that success comes on the heels of big things - big promotions, big breakthroughs - and then finally being noticed.
But let me share with you something that I have learned. It's the small, everyday moves that actually change everything. These are micro moves: simple things easy to ignore, but when you do them consistently, they stack up.
Here are a few that have made a huge difference for me:
Reaching out to someone I admire and respect. A short message can start productive conversations.
Speaking up - even if it's just once this week. One moment of courage can build tremendous momentum.
Taking a few quiet minutes to check in with myself. Asking what do I need? What am I avoiding? What am I craving?
Giving someone a genuine shoutout. Not only does it feel good, but it can build meaningful connection.
Saying "yes" to something that makes my heart race (in a positive way). That's where growth resides.
These moves don't seem loud - but they can become powerful.
You don't need to overhaul your life. You just need to move incrementally- inch by inch, day by day.
So what's one micro move you're willing to make today? I'd love to hear it.
You've got this!
Jackie Denise
